Case Study: Unique Problem Solving Approaches
 Now that you have learned about different problem solving approaches,
you will create a case study about a time when you used a unique approach
to problem solving. Think back to a time when you had to solve a problem
in an unorthodox way. Think to yourself:
- What was the problem?
- How did I approach the problem?
- Why couldn't I use a more common approach to solving the problem?
- What was the solution to the problem?
When you have selected a scenario complete the assignment by following
the directions below.
Assignment: Think about a time
in your life when you used a unique approach to solving a problem.
In 100 words or less describe the event. You will be graded on the
following:
-Summary of problem (2 points)
-Explanation of why this problem couldn't be solved using a common
approach (5 points)
-Explanation of approach used to solve the problem (5 points)
-Explanation of how the problem was solved (5 points)
-Reply post including alternate approach to solving the problem (3
points)
After you have written your case study, post it to the Unique
