Assignment:

Use one of the two home inspection forms found at the links below. Copy these forms into a Word document and then complete as much as possible. Students should NOT climb onto the roof or complete any part of the inspection where they feel there is a possible danger.

Chose one of the following two inspection forms:

1. Post your completed form as an attachment to the Home Inspection discussion board.
2. In the SUBJECT line, identify the biggest area of concern you found (ex: leaky gutters)
3. In the description of your posting, identify 1 or 2 problems you found or things you learned.
4. You may choose to comment to your peers if you see some common issues.
